TUI Blue Medina Gardens
Among our latest projects, the comprehensive furnishing of the TUI BLUE Medina Gardens hotel stands out. Located in the heart of Marrakech, this exclusive adults-only hotel belongs to the renowned global brand TUI BLUE, which operates more than 100 hotels across 19 countries worldwide.
TUI BLUE Medina Gardens is, without a doubt, a hotel that resonates with the rhythm of contemporary Marrakech. It blends aesthetic references from traditional Moroccan culture with streamlined forms and modern details. A project that exudes identity, elegance, and a perfect balance between ornamentation and functionality.
International approach without losing the essence of the destination.
Working on international projects has taught us that every country—and even each region—has its own language, not only visually but operationally. What is considered refined minimalism in one market may be perceived as coldness in another. What works efficiently in one country may conflict with local regulations, customs procedures, or user preferences elsewhere.
In this context, international experience is not a bonus—it’s a necessity. The ability to anticipate these nuances and translate them into furnishing solutions that align with a contemporary aesthetic is key to creating spaces that not only meet but exceed expectations. This philosophy is reflected in the new rooms at TUI BLUE Medina Gardens, where the design features:
- Light-toned, luminous woods
- Golden accents
- Turquoise green elements as a color counterpoint
- Arab-inspired graphic latticework (wallpaper and room dividers)
- Warm lighting schemes
Design, adaptation, and refinement process.
From the outset, the project presented an exciting creative and technical challenge. To help the client visualize the final result and streamline aesthetic decision-making, we developed a full-scale prototype room at our production facilities in La Sénia (Tarragona).
This functional mock-up allowed the hotel team and ownership to tangibly assess every element of the furnishings: furniture, finishes, textures, lighting, and layout. Thanks to this tool, adjustments and improvements were made swiftly and effectively, ensuring a final result fully aligned with the client’s expectations and the TUI BLUE brand identity.
Quality Control and Transparency.
One of the added values of our process was the complete transparency and openness offered to the client, who had the opportunity to visit our facilities at any time. These visits allowed them to verify firsthand both the project’s development and the quality control measures applied at every stage of the production process.
