Two of our residences awarded at the GSL Awards 2025
We’re celebrating great news! Yugo Luna Salamanca and Yugo Cartuja Sevilla residences have been honored at the prestigious GSL Awards 2025 (Global Student Living Awards 2025). The former received the “Best Individual Property Europe” award, while the latter was recognized with the “Best Learning Environment Europe” distinction.
For Mobenia, which has participated from concept to completion in both developments, it is a special source of pride to see projects in which we have invested experience, creativity, and resources achieve such international recognition. For us, it is truly an honor to be a strategic partner in bringing to life innovative projects where students don’t just live, but learn, connect, and grow.
