Malasaña Residence, located in the heart of Madrid, is one of our latest Premium residences. It offers everything from studios to multi-bedroom apartments, all fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, its wide range of services and common areas (game room, study room, lounge…) make it an ideal space for communal living as well.
