IMS (Integrated Management System)

At MOBENIA, we are dedicated to the design, development, manufacturing, sales, and installation of furniture and equipment for the habitat and contract sectors.

At MOBENIA, we establish the principles of our Integrated Management System to ensure customer satisfaction, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety for everyone involved in our processes. These principles include:

• Applying the concept of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT by defining and periodically reviewing our objectives, aligned with this policy, to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers, employees, and society at large.
• Preserving the ENVIRONMENT as a responsibility led and managed by the Management Team, adopting necessary measures within our operational activities to assess and prevent pollution, reduce environmental impact, and promote the rational use of natural resources.
• Ensuring HEALTH and SAFETY as a fundamental principle in the development of our activities, creating safe processes for our employees, subcontractors, customers, and society in general.

Management is committed to providing the necessary resources to uphold these principles. This includes ensuring proper INFORMATION, TRAINING, and AWARENESS for all personnel to guarantee compliance with this policy.

Management also commits to complying with all LEGAL, REGULATORY, and APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS related to Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Protection, and Quality.

This POLICY is continuously REVIEWED and adapted in response to legislative, technological, and environmental changes. It is also communicated and promoted among our employees to ensure acceptance and alignment with its principles.
