Local Suppliers
From the very beginning, we have sourced from local suppliers, always linked to the woodworking tradition of our region. By doing so, we strengthen the local industry and economy, contributing to the development of our area. Choosing nearby suppliers facilitates communication and responsiveness, improving the quality of our products. At the same time, it helps reduce emissions associated with transportation.
Equality Plan & Work–Life Balance
We have implemented an Equality Plan to carry out improvements in team management and to foster equal opportunities. In addition, we have established a protocol for the prevention and handling of cases of moral harassment, sexual harassment, gender‑based discrimination, and other unlawful forms of workplace discrimination, in collaboration with the workers’ representatives committee. We are committed to continuous training and improvement through initiatives such as improvement groups, performance evaluations, and people‑management strategies.
We are very clear that our most valuable asset is our people. In 2022, we introduced a continuous workday across all areas of our organization. Ensuring work–life balance and equal opportunities is key to continuing to grow alongside our entire team.
Advancing Towards the 2030 Agenda
We want to generate a positive impact on society, which is why we are committed to the United Nations 2030 Agenda, setting both social and environmental goals. The 2030 Agenda requires the contribution of all individuals and institutions. We are aware that our role also carries the responsibility to drive sustainability commitments, and we reflect this in our products.
