Our firm’s specialization in university residences has once again led to our selection for the execution of the impressive new Yugo Luna residence in Salamanca—an ambitious project where we’ve maximized our experience, high production capacity, advanced technology, and team management.
En este proyecto, del promotor Straco Real Estate Iberia, hemos tenido la suerte de volver a colaborar con grandes profesionales como la constructora ACR, el estudio de arquitectura Valenthia Strategy y Arcadis como project management, coordinando esfuerzos para la consecución de unos objetivos ambiciosos en cuanto a tiempos, calidad y logística.
El operador Yugo es una empresa de carácter internacional especializada en alojamiento para estudiantes que cuenta con más de 70 residencias en 9 países alrededor del mundo que destacan por ser conceptos modernos, altamente equipados y centrados en usuarios exigentes que esperan exprimir su vida universitaria al máximo.
Opened in September 2024, Yugo Salamanca spans a surface area of 27,000 square meters and offers 982 places. Users can choose from a range of options, including basic single rooms with or without a balcony, as well as studios or apartments with kitchens. One of its standout features is the extensive variety of common areas: game room, gym, sports facilities, laundry, cinema, swimming pool, interior courtyard, shared kitchen, and rooftop zone.
Location is also a strategic advantage for Yugo Luna, as it is situated just a 10-minute walk from the University of Salamanca and USAL. The surrounding area offers a wide selection of restaurants and cafés, and the city center is only 15 minutes from the building.
The project holds the BREEAM Excellent certification, a leading method for assessing and certifying sustainability in building construction, as well as the Fitwel certification, which guarantees compliance with high standards of health and well-being for both residents and building staff.
